The hotel was such a pleasant surprise! the rooms were spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. the fruity, scented soap and shampoo were a nice touch. Check, in was a breeze with the online process, and the staff were incredibly polite. the bar being open 24 hours was a major bonus, and the fact that there was food available all night was a lifesaver. I also appreciated the convenience of the vending machines. the beds were big and comfortable, and the shower was so relaxing. it felt like staying at a high, end hotel without the hefty price tag. the location was ideal, with a tram right outside and plenty of parking options, including underground parking.

That the breakfast area could get crowded at times, but the staff always made sure to provide everything we needed. the bathroom tended to get quite wet after taking a shower, which was a bit inconvenient.
